VA cash-out refinance leads for VA lenders
LenderMatch VA mortgage leads come from one form: the VA cash-out refinance form on lendermatch.io, where homeowners ask for offers to turn part of their equity into cash and agree to be contacted by up to four participating lenders and partner companies. Every VA refinance lead carries VA status, the cash-out amount requested and the loan-to-value, and posts to you in real time.

What is a VA cash-out lead from LenderMatch?
A homeowner who asked for VA cash-out refinance offers, with consent captured at submit.
Homeowners reach LenderMatch through search and paid social ads, then fill out the form themselves. The VA form opens by asking whether the homeowner or their spouse is active or veteran military. It then asks about the property and how they use it, its estimated value, their mortgage balances, how much they want to borrow, their credit range, the property address and how to reach them. It takes about 2 minutes, and LenderMatch never pulls the homeowner's credit.
The VA form does not ask for the current loan type. A VA cash-out refinance can replace a loan that is not currently a VA loan. The consumer side of that is explained in LenderMatch's guide to VA cash-out refinance requirements.
Before submitting, the homeowner sees the consent, which covers LenderMatch and up to four participating lenders and partner companies named on the partner network page. A TrustedForm certificate and a Jornaya LeadiD are captured on every form submission, and requests with a recent bankruptcy or foreclosure are blocked for all buyers.

What do lenders ask about VA leads?
More answers in the lender FAQ. Rate-and-term refinance requests are on refinance leads.
Do you sell VA IRRRL or VA purchase leads?
No. LenderMatch has no separate VA streamline (IRRRL) form, and the purchase form is not live yet. VA requests come from the VA cash-out refinance form only.
Are VA leads exclusive?
They can be. Exclusive programs are available on request and priced on request. On a standard program, each request goes to at most four participating lenders and partner companies, as the homeowner agrees on the form, all named on the partner network page.
Can I filter VA refinance leads by CLTV and credit?
Yes. You can filter on combined loan-to-value, credit range, property value, property type and use, loan amount, cash-out amount and states.
What do VA leads cost?
Pricing is quoted per program and depends on your filters and your caps. Send an inquiry for a written quote.
