Mortgage leads for lenders: real-time HELOC, refinance and VA cash-out
LenderMatch delivers mortgage leads in real time to licensed lenders: homeowners who filled out a short form on lendermatch.io asking for HELOC, refinance or VA cash-out offers, and agreed to be contacted. Standard requests go to at most four participating lenders and partner companies, exclusive programs are available on request, and every request is filtered to the states and borrower profiles you choose.

Who can join the LenderMatch network?
Licensed companies only.
Licensed mortgage lenders, brokers, banks and credit unions only. Requests reach you only in the states you set in your filters, and your company is added to the public partner network page before the first one arrives.
There is no set minimum. Price, filters, caps and schedule are set in your insertion order, and you can start with a test program. To begin, send an inquiry with your NMLS ID, the products you want and the states you lend in.
How is each request created?
Homeowners reach LenderMatch through search and paid social ads, then fill out the form themselves. The full detail, with the exact consent text, is on how requests are generated.
-
A homeowner fills out one short form
The form for their loan asks about the property, their current mortgage, the amount they want, their credit range and how to reach them. It takes about 2 minutes.
-
They agree to be contacted, and the proof is captured
Before submitting, the borrower sees the consent, which covers LenderMatch and up to four participating lenders and partner companies named on the partner network page. A TrustedForm certificate and a Jornaya LeadiD are captured on every form submission.
-
The request is checked before it is routed
The phone line is verified and graded, and every request is scored. Low scores are filtered out, and requests with a recent bankruptcy or foreclosure are blocked for all buyers.
-
It reaches you in real time
Requests that fit your filters, states, caps and schedule are posted to you the moment the form is submitted. On a standard program at most three other companies receive the same request; on an exclusive program, no one else does.
What fields come with each lead?
A sample field list. The exact fields depend on the product form, and we map names, order and values to your system. See a full sample lead with values.

| Phone line grade | The result of the phone line verification run on every request |

Which filters, caps and schedules can you set?
Filters are written into your insertion order, so both sides work from the same buy box.

- Borrower and property
- Credit range or grade, property value, property type and use (primary, second home, investment), and VA status.
