Refinance mortgage leads, including cash-out, for lenders and loan officers
LenderMatch refinance leads are homeowners who filled out the refinance form on lendermatch.io and agreed to be contacted by up to four participating lenders and partner companies. Every request carries the cash-out amount the homeowner asked for, so you can buy cash-out refinance leads, rate-and-term requests, or both.

What is a refinance lead from LenderMatch?
A homeowner who asked for refinance offers on one form, with consent captured at submit.
Homeowners reach LenderMatch through search and paid social ads, then fill out the form themselves. The refinance form asks the homeowner about the property and how they use it, how much equity they want to take out, the estimated value, the mortgage balance, their credit range, whether they are a veteran or active military, the property address and how to reach them. It takes about 2 minutes, and LenderMatch never pulls the homeowner's credit.
Before submitting, the homeowner sees the consent, which covers LenderMatch and up to four participating lenders and partner companies named on the partner network page. A TrustedForm certificate and a Jornaya LeadiD are captured on every form submission, and the phone line is verified and graded before routing. Requests with a recent bankruptcy or foreclosure are blocked for all buyers.
What are cash-out refinance leads?
Refinance requests where the homeowner asked to take equity out as cash.
A cash-out refinance lead is a refinance request with a cash-out amount above zero: the homeowner wants a new mortgage that replaces the current one and turns part of their equity into cash. The requested cash-out amount, the property value and the combined loan-to-value come with every request, so you can set a minimum cash-out amount and a CLTV limit in your filters.
If you lend on home equity lines too, see HELOC leads. For veterans, see VA cash-out refinance leads.

What do lenders ask about refinance leads?
More answers in the lender FAQ.
How do I tell a cash-out refinance lead from a rate-and-term one?
By the cash-out amount. Every refinance request carries the amount of equity the homeowner asked to take out, and you can filter on it.
Are refinance leads exclusive?
They can be. Exclusive programs are available on request and priced on request. On a standard program, each request goes to at most four participating lenders and partner companies, as the homeowner agrees on the form, all named on the partner network page.
How are refinance leads delivered?
In real time at submit, by direct post (JSON or XML), ping/post or your CRM, with the TrustedForm certificate ID and Universal LeadiD in the payload.
What do refinance leads cost?
Pricing is quoted per program and depends on the product, your filters and your caps. Send an inquiry for a written quote.
