LenderMatch is an online platform that connects borrowers with participating lenders. We are not a lender, bank, or mortgage broker. We do not take loan applications, originate, arrange, or negotiate loans, quote rates, or make credit decisions. Any loan is made by the lender you choose, on terms that lender sets, subject to that lender's approval process.
How the platform is paid
Participating lenders pay LenderMatch when we connect them with borrowers. This compensation may affect which lenders participate in the network and how requests are matched. Using LenderMatch is free for borrowers: you never pay us anything, and the compensation lenders pay us is not added to your loan costs by LenderMatch.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender, contacted, approved for credit, or offered any particular rate, program, or terms. Availability of participating lenders varies by state and by loan scenario.
Illustrative figures
Any rates, payments, savings, or other figures that appear on this Site are examples for illustration only. They are not offers, quotes, or commitments to lend, and they may not reflect current market conditions or what any lender will offer you.

Third-party companies
Participating lenders are independent companies, and each is responsible for its own products, pricing, licensing, and conduct. The companies that may receive your information when you submit a request are listed on our partner network page. Verify any lender's licensing through NMLS Consumer Access.
