How every LenderMatch request is generated and documented
Every LenderMatch request starts with a homeowner filling out a form on lendermatch.io and agreeing, in writing, to be contacted by LenderMatch and up to four participating lenders and partner companies. A TrustedForm certificate and a Jornaya LeadiD are captured on every form submission, and both IDs travel with the request.

How is a LenderMatch request created?
Five steps, from the first question to your system.
-
The homeowner picks a form
Homeowners reach LenderMatch through search and paid social ads, then fill out the form themselves. They pick HELOC, refinance or VA cash-out refinance. Each product has its own form, so the request type is the one the homeowner picked.
-
They answer about 2 minutes of questions
The property and how they use it, its estimated value, their mortgage balances, the amount they want, their credit range, the property address and how to reach them. LenderMatch never pulls the homeowner's credit.
-
They see the consent and submit
The consent text below is shown on the form before the homeowner submits. A TrustedForm certificate and a Jornaya LeadiD are captured on every form submission.
-
The request is checked
The phone line is verified and graded, and the request is scored. Low scores are filtered out, and requests with a recent bankruptcy or foreclosure are blocked for all buyers.
-
It is delivered in real time
The request posts to at most four participating lenders and partner companies (or to one company on an exclusive program) whose filters, states, caps and schedules fit it, with the TrustedForm certificate ID and Universal LeadiD in the payload.
What consent does the borrower give?
The exact text, as it appears on the HELOC, refinance and VA cash-out forms.
The consent names LenderMatch and up to four participating lenders and partner companies, and links to the public partner network page. Your company is added to that page before any request reaches you, so the homeowner can see who may contact them before they submit.
By clicking View results, you agree to our Terms of Use, including its arbitration provision and class waiver, and our Privacy Policy, and you agree to receive notices and other communications electronically. By clicking View results, you provide your express written consent and electronic signature under the ESIGN Act authorizing LenderMatch and up to four (4) participating lenders and partner companies from our partner network, and parties calling on their behalf, to contact you at the telephone number you provided about your request, including through calls and text messages (SMS and MMS) placed using an automated telephone dialing system, prerecorded, artificial, or AI-generated voice messages, even if your number is listed on any federal, state, local, or corporate Do Not Call list. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and are authorized to give this consent. You also authorize and instruct the participating lenders and partners matched to your inquiry to obtain your credit report and credit score from one or more consumer reporting agencies as a soft inquiry, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, to evaluate your inquiry and prepare potential loan options. A soft inquiry will not affect your credit score and does not obligate any lender to extend credit. Your consent is not a condition of receiving any service, and you may revoke it at any time by emailing contact@lendermatch.io. Message and data rates may apply.

What happens when a borrower opts out after delivery?

Opt-outs are processed within 10 business days at the latest, and each lender is independently required to honor the revocation once it is received.
Homeowners can revoke consent by emailing contact@lendermatch.io, as the consent text says, or by telling a lender directly. The process is public on the opt-out page.
